Nothing was ever a problem she was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions I had. Her customer service was outstanding, and she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything. Amazing Service - Tracy
Tracey at Vodafone provided absolutely outstanding customer service. She is warm, friendly and caring. Nothing is too much trouble and she takes the time to ensure everything is explained clearly and handled efficiently.
Her professionalism, patience and positive attitude makes a real difference. It's rare to come across someone so dedicated to helping customers and making them feel valued. I got fantastic help from Stephen in sorting out my situation where my phone was robbed. He went above and beyond what he needed to do and could not have been more helpful. Probable the best service i ever got in a phone store.

Eamonn has been helping me over the…
Eamonn has been helping me over the last couple of days. I just relocated to Ireland and he got my phone plan sorted, as well as my broadband. I would have struggled without his help and he really took his time to guide me and walk me through the process. This has been the best tech support experience I’ve ever had globally and he’s such a huge asset to the company. I really couldn’t be more grateful; thank you again Eamonn and thank you Vodafone for making this experience so seamless!

Simple yet extremely pleasant process
I had an excellent experience at Vodafone Swords thanks to Dale. I was seen to right away and he had all of the answers to my questions. We worked together to get the best deal for what I wanted and I couldn't have been happier with the service. People like Dale are a huge reason I keep coming back to Vodafone.
