Excellent knowledgeable staff went out of his way to help
Huge thank you to the young man at the front door today who patiently helped me with an emergency phone malfunction. As a tourist from out of the country I’m not a vodaphone customer (although my 2 children attending university here are) yet he generously helped me nonetheless & got my phone working again after a very strange complete shut down which would have left me stranded. So grateful to him and vodaphone for the assist
