Rachel and the Team A+++++
Racheal, Sam and Nathan, each were superstars today. Racheal especially was very knowledgeable and provided lots of helpful advice. No stone was left unturned during my mid-device plan upgrade with trade in. I was made to feel very welcome and they couldnt have been more helpful. This is what Vodafone customer experience is all about.

Excellent service
Sam, Jake and Rachel are welcoming, friendly and patient! Took my new phone in to the store today to transfer my ESIM and physical SIM. Not a quick process but they all helped me get sorted.

My phone had an app accidentally put…
My phone had an app accidentally put on.i went to Stockport branch to help me.staff member said he had to disabled my phone.i couldn't get absolutely nothing on it all my apps emails and photos. I went to wythenshawe branch and within minutes. John and Rachel got all my stuff back on my phone.i was absolutely delighted what they did.i am a happy costumer. Thank you John and Rachel.
