I visited the Vodafone Woolwich store…
I visited the Vodafone Woolwich store after an online issue with my upgrade order. Though my phone wasn't ready to collect, the store manager went out of his way to fix it, skipping his lunch and staying late to ensure it was sorted. Great staff like Ronaldo and Fadumo made the experience positive overall.

Do not engage with Vodafone
What is going on, without sending the phone to the repair centre, how come Woolwich branch decide that the phone is not covered in warranty. The application form says “Good news your device should be covered by our warranty”.
And the branch gave the reply “the phone should open to see if it is valid to repair”. If the phone is working then why even we bother to come to your place. Still there is three months to end the contract. I got it repaired for my sister paying £389 cause of urgency.
Better deal with it, or stop creating and selling bullshit. And, now to hide the 1 star, you are creating fake reviews, wow! 🤮🤮🤮

Extremely Disappointed with Vodafone’s Device Care Plan Service
I am beyond frustrated with Vodafone’s Device Care Plan. My iPhone’s display had a problem, so I took it to Vodafone for repair, expecting it to be covered under my plan. However, despite multiple visits, they refused to repair my phone and kept making excuses. I ended up having to pay £389 to get it fixed at the Apple Store, when, according to my Device Care Plan, Vodafone should have handled it for free.
I trusted Vodafone to honor the plan, but their lack of assistance and poor customer service has left me extremely disappointed. If you’re considering Vodafone’s Device Care Plan, be aware that it may not offer the support you expect, and you might be forced to pay out of pocket for repairs that should be covered.

Hi. It's disappointing to see your review. We completely understand the importance of receiving the required help and support when needed, especially when it comes to a problem with your phone. This isn't the experience we want you to have, nor the service that we strive for here at Vodafone. We offer 2 different warranties, depending on when you purchased your phone: 2-year warranty (cover against manufacturer faults and repairs, including all Apple products for 2 years) and Lifetime Warranty (cover for repairs against manufacturer faults for as long as you have a Pay monthly Airtime Plan with us). If our Repair centre weren't able to repair your device, it mustn't have been covered. Ordered upgrade online click and collect I arrived at the store 07:30 the shop opened at 9:30. My Phone wasn’t in store to collect as the order wasn’t put through properly. Store manager was very helpful as all day he sat with me skipped his lunch and finishing time to make sure I received the best outcome possible from the mistake that was made from the agent online and advised me correctly to my situation.
