Leah the adviser was so helpful . I went into the store to upgrade my phone she advised me of what phone to get showed me all the different colours to purchase and ordered the one I wanted. I picked my phone up and she set it all up for I couldn't have thanked her enough she was so friendly professional and not at all patronising. Thank you Leah

Amazing all the way through!
Jack was absolutely amazing. Ensured I was comfortable through the whole process. He hooked me up with a S26 Ultra preorder, a watch, an IPhone 17 ProMax for my partner and saved me an absolute chunk on my home broadband. Highly recommend the guys in this branch!

Aysha was really friendly and professional. She understood exactly what I was looking for and explained the price plan clearly. I'm not the best 'techy' person, this being my reason for putting off purchasing a new phone for so long, but I needn't have worried as Aysha was informative yet straightforward. Excellent Service
I was seen by Leah who was extremely helpful and informative. I explained that I knew what I wanted but she looked into other offers to give me a better deal. She also checked for a trade in offer, unprompted, which was something I would have asked about if she had not. She explained what needed to happen but also offered to assist in resetting my old phone if I had any difficulties. Overall an extremely pleasant experience.
