Exceptional service…
Mine and my husbands experience in the Wolverhampton branch has been exceptional. We were served by Katie who helped us improve our current broadband contract. She then was incredibly patient while we picked out new contracts for both our phones and then proceeded to move our phone files to the new phones. Couldn't have asked for anything else! Brilliant service.

I had to go into the Vodafone store yesterday evening as my Sim had become blocked, it was nearly closing time but Kye one of the store assistants was really helpful and got my phone working again! He was very polite and professional, a lovely young man!

We went to the Vodafone store and were welcomed by the lovely Jack. Customer service was great, he was attentive, kind and polite from beginning to the end. Really happy with Jack service, he recommended my friend with the best deal that was available. 100% recommend Vodafone and the customer services.
