Brolwin at the Witney Vodafone shop was brilliant. He was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable - a rare combination. The Oxford counterpart was less than satisfactory. I congratulate Brolwin. I also noticed that his colleagues were asking him for help when they had a problem. Brolwin was wonderful.
