Tom was very friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't feel pushed into signing up for anything I didn't want. He gave me the advice I needed in order to decide what was the best option for me. It was a pleasant and simple transaction

The store advisor matt was brilliant, guided me through everything for the contract, all the legal t&Cs, was very chatty and informative about the device i went for, would recommend this store to anyone and Matt deserves recognition for his hard work

Consistently good service
I was served by Tom and he was extremely helpful offering me a good deal on my phone upgrade. He was willing to answer any questions I had and also helped me to set up my phone. This is the second time I have used this shop and will continue in the future. Thank you for your great service.

Very helpful and understanding
Went in to upgrade my old phone. Unfortunately was unable to but Matt was very understanding and very helpful and I was able to set up a new sim card instead. Definitely going back to get the new phone when I can.
