Ashley was extremely patient as a phone upgrade turned into an overview of Vodafone Together with broadband. Must have taken over 30 minutes but not an issue at all.

Helpful staff
Ash was extremely helpful today. We took our old phones in as planned for trade. My husbands was easy but mine had issues but he persisted with the system and was able to take it in. He also helped us to apply for our free gifts we were entitled to. He was patient and understanding

Jonny outstanding sales assistant
All of the staff at Vodafone Widnes are excellent but Jonny goes above and beyond to help and make sure that you get the best phone/deal for you.
Jonny was extremely patient at explaining to my friend Mary how the purchase of a new iPhone would work. Not only that but he was happy to go over things with her and myself so we’d understand. He is an extremely polite, efficient and effective store assistant. His customer service is of the highest quality and never makes a customer feel uncomfortable about not understanding the process.
Both myself and Mary always go to the Widnes branch when a new phone is needed. We feel comfortable with the staff and always hope we will get Jonny to help as we know he always has our best interests at heart.

Tony listened to what I wanted and calmly told me the options available. He didn't rush through the process and he didn't try to upsell any unnecessary extras. I was able to order the phone I wanted and adjust my airtime plan.
