Ruby is incredible
Ruby is incredible, she made what could have been a really stressful situation of a stolen phone, much easier. She was so calm knew exactly what to do and was really supportive. Offering advice about how to deal with securing the devise and all of the apps. We walked in really stressed, and walked out so reassured. Thank you Ruby!!

The awesome Fathima made this change easy and pleasant.
Fathima was an exceptional delight as my adviser. She was professional and treated me with understanding of my requirements, has a lovely manner about her, and was mindful and sensitive of my neurodivergence (Autism and ADHD).
All the staff at the Walthamstow branch were really helpful and engaging. Very pleased to be switching to Vodafone from O2.
