Great customer service!
Having struggled to get anywhere online, using the app or even getting through via phone to find new contracts, decided to try visiting the Vodafone store in Uxbridge. Definitely glad I did! Popped into Uxbridge branch today and want to express my sincere thanks to Vodafone employee Merhban whom solved a complex query changing my home address and transferring my account to my son whom wants the phone number in one swoop with minimum of fuss. also provided me with a new good deal recommended for my son.
