The experience was amazing
The experience was amazing. The friendly atmosphere was inviting. Super helpful and made the whole experience fun. Everything was explained to us and Joey made us feel welcome the moment we stepped foot in the door.
Everything that Chris wrote down for me, Joey knew instantly and genuinely spoke fluent Chris.

It’s was an overall splendid…
It’s was an overall splendid experience.
We was served by Aaron who made what would ordinarily be a stressful task for myself, actually quite an easy and stress free time. He, along with the other staff members were very welcoming and helpful.
We had our 12 week old baby with us who was a little distressed but he had a lot of patience with us and we spoke about his family.
Really couldn’t have asked for much better service than that and would be proud to have him as an employee.

My wife and I recently visited the Vodafone store in Truro to renew our mobile phone contracts. We dealt with a very helpful female assistant called Joey who could not have been more patient and helpful. We will definitely recommend both Vodafone and the Truro store to all our friends and family.
