I would give a 4 star to vodafone as a company the extra star is for Jordan who attended us today. Sorted out to the best deal to get the journey started with vodafone for my partner. He was informative,swift and helpful. Employees like Jordan keep me loyal customer to vodafone.

Friendly professional service at Tonbridge store
Diogo helped me set up a new contract when my previous phone stopped working - including spending time to get the issue fixed with my current phone which meant I could benefit from the trade-in deal. All in all a friendly, professional and efficient service!

Louise was great
Louise was great! She offered excellent service, great deals and made me save lots of money! The time with hear was enjoyable, felt more like a chat between friends when you do not realise when the time flies. She is great at her job and I will recommend her to my close ones.
