Tonbridge branch
I came into the Tonbridge branch to upgrade my phone, and Louise served me. She was extremely helpful, kind and explained everything in great detail. She spent time trying to find the contract that would work the best for me. I had a great experience and would recommend that anyone go to her if they need assistance! Thank you! ☺️

Came in and saw Jordan
Came in and saw Jordan. He upgraded my phone sim and saved me money. He also went the extra mile and helped me cancel a sim that I was no longer using while I was in-store. I really love he went the extra mile, there isn't enough of that these days. Really recommend

One of our phones became faulty over the Xmas / New Year period and he helped us to make an informed decision about an upgrade. He walked us through various monthly payment options as well as options with Vodaphone's sister company, Talk Mobile. He noted all the information for us, giving us a written breakdown of costs for various plans.
In all, we got the impression that he, and the rest of the staff in the shop, couldn't do enough for you!
