The young woman who helped me appeared happy to assist and quickly accomplished what I was unable to do myself using the VOXI app. I was grateful for her help
I might add that I would appreciate it if Vodaphone would adapt VOXI to accommodate non-UK addresses when making purchases. The postal code field needs to be more flexible.
