Great experience at Vodafone Telford

I had a great experience today at the Vodafone store. Dan was super helpful, super knowledgeable, and also just an all-around great guy. Within 10 minutes I was able to fix the issue and get a new contract. Yeah could not recommend enough

I upgraded my phone. Change over not simple!

I upgraded my phone but managed to mess up the transfer of data before closing the old phone. Hannah in the Vodaphone shop in Telford town centre was pleasant, welcoming, non-judgemental and highly knowledgeable in helping me sort the phone data out. She is definitely an asset to your team. Thanks so much much Hannah for not only doing your job well but in such an approachable and professional manner too.

WOW what a great experience

I visited telford branch to purchase extra data because I had know internet connection at home
DAN served me, Wow what a knowledgeable man he recommended a few options on purchasing my data.
He had a wonderful customer service manner and put me at ease.
I have been with Vodafone for mqny years, & never have i had a bad experience
