I have been with Vodafone for 29 years
I have been with Vodafone for 29 years. And never met a caring, helpful and responsive Vodafone assistant. I have trained customers service all over the world but Jubel has been outstanding . Please reward and appreciate him appropriately.

Was well received by jag. Appropriate chair provided by jag. Told him the problem and he understood the situation and went about it and solving it. Refered to his colleagues necessary jubel and Mac. He also had the time and patience to deal with me, previous Vodafone shops I never got this level of customer service, and here it was very good and I am happy.
