Excellent service
Excellent service from Andrew at the Vodafone store in sunderland, I came into the store wanting to get my first ever home broadband and he was very informative and helpful with this aswell as giving me an excellent price for an existing customer. Thank you Andrew.

Went in with elderly parents spoke to…
Went in with elderly parents spoke to Rhianne from the Sunderland bridges branch.
She was very attentive and understanding to their requirements re their phone plans, and sorted out plans for both which were cheaper and more appropriate for their circumstances.
A very good experience considering I’ve had a lot worse customer service in the past very refreshing.
