If I could give 10* I would! My phone started suddenly disconnecting from service and data right before I left Scotland for Stratford Upon Avon. Someone sent me to Vodafone where Omar was able to troubleshoot the problem in seconds and got me back online! I fell like the luckiest girl in the world right now! Thank you, Omar!
