Staines, the best Vodafone branch.
I have been receiving great service from the Staines branch of Vodafone for many years now, I go out of my way to make sure I use only that branch. Most recently Ritek and Sway were most helpful in effecting a couple of upgrades, reducing my payments while subscribing to packages with more benefits. I appreciate the advice and would recommend other Vodafone customers pop in for advice on the most appropriate current package.

Upgrade and Broadband
Came in to upgrade my phone and got the same great service as always over the years. The best was when we talked about my broadband at length and they made me realise that I’d be better of Vodafone

Sanjeet was really helpful he did everything for me even putting my sums in sorting out payments.
Bubbly friendly personality and didn't make me feel like I hadn't a clue he explained qr codes to me.
I'd find no problem coming into Vodafone store in staines high street.

Incredible customer service
We came into the Staines Branch today at 17:00 and was seen by a member of your staff. He was exceptional. So helpful, calm and reassuring for my friend who is going through a very difficult time with his health and we could not be happier with the customer service.
