I’ve had reason to call in to my Southend Vodafone twice in the last 6 months & although I’d used your phone service to report the fault both times the representative on the phones didn’t not help. But both times I’ve called into your Southend shop & Jakub has sorted the problem & has been brilliant super quick & very knowledgeable it’s a shame not all your staff are as excellent as him
