New phone- Sam was really helpful
We had a great experience with Sam at Vodafone. He was extremely helpful in helping us choose our new phones and arranging the contracts. He took the time to explain all the available options clearly, answered all of our questions, and gave us honest and useful advice based on our specific needs.
Sam was very patient, professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. We really appreciated that he didn’t just try to sell us a product, but instead helped us understand our options and choose what was genuinely best for us.
Excellent customer service from start to finish. Thank you, Sam, for all your help!

Customer Service was excellent
Customer Service was excellent. I am a loyal customer of Vodafone and my sim contract ended after 3 years. Was looking whether to change to another company for a new contract but your employees were able to retain me as a customer. Sam and Ramz were the employees that helped me out today.
