I had an excellent experience at the Vodafone Rugby store, thanks to the outstanding customer service. Bradley was incredibly friendly, professional, and patient throughout the whole process. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I got the best solution for my needs.
It’s rare to receive such attentive and genuinely helpful service these days. Bradley went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend the Vodafone Rugby store, especially if you have the chance to be helped by Bradley. Thank you for the fantastic service!

Regarding Gemma retail Advisor. Rugby store i asked her for phone number, and offered to take her out for a nice slap up meal for two , unfortunately I brought all of her 11 children, including the husband ... who take her she is yours . She cooks , cleans , and most of the time doesn't complain much... getting married next week
