I’m a bit loss for words
I’m a bit loss for words, I came into renew my expired plan and i don’t know if i came into the shop at the wrong time or what but there was a staff member talking very inappropriately , I was told by the staff members in a casual conversation while I was doing my upgrade with, his name was amor the store manager, I might be mistaken but I’m sure that’s what he has said and I just thought it was a very strange thing to say in a public area
I kept getting provoked to do a trust pilot review so here you guys go!!!

Yaser has been brilliant
Yaser has been brilliant. I have had issues with the data on my iPhone for two weeks and various Vodafone staff (both over the phone and in person) have tried to sort it out with no success.
As the issue had still not sorted itself out I went back to the Richmond shop this afternoon and Yaser fixed the issue within 3 minutes by turning off my VPN - brilliant. Very pleased with the service.
