I was served in rhyl Vodafone shop to day by Ahmad , what a fantastic young lad , hes very helpful , nothing was to much trouble for him , I would 100% recommend the staff at that store

Excellent service
Excellent service. I was approached by a friendly member of staff who introduced himself and asked what I was after. I was offered a drink while I was served. The staff member was knowledgable with regards to what Broadband they had on offer and was able to provide me lots of detail on my new broadband. Would definitely recommend.

Came into the Rhyl store yesterday…
Came into the Rhyl store yesterday during the mad Black Friday to see what deals they had on I was set on one phone that was around my budget but the advisor surprised me with a phone that I thought would of been well over my budget but actually wasn’t! To top it off I was given a nice warm hot chocolate while the advisor was sorting my phone out! Will highly come back to this store again and be recommending to my friends and family! All the staff were very polite and friendly!

Tom and Liam from Vodaphone in Rhyl white rose shopping centre went above and beyond. Very knowledgeable, got my daughter the best deal. Can’t thank them enough, would highly recommend a visit to the shop if you’re after a new phone

Great experience
Everyone was very professional whilst we were upgrading our phones. Lots of reassurance on what was the cheaper plan and how to save us the most money. Would definitely return to this shop again. Cheers lads
