I was served in rhyl Vodafone shop to day by Ahmad , what a fantastic young lad , hes very helpful , nothing was to much trouble for him , I would 100% recommend the staff at that store

My elderly father is having a fibre…
My elderly father is having a fibre upgrade 17/4/25 Openreach know where the address is BUT V.fone have attempted to deliver a new router to an old address of his he left in 2019. I have spent over 2hours on the phone/chat. He has not received any billing since he moved and cannot access his broadband/telephone account. His mobile which he has with them shows all his current details, yet the accounts are not linked. He stayed with myself in 2019 when he left the address, and then broadband and landline were set up 30/12/2019 at his new address. In the meantime he cancelled his Direct Debit as he was in between addresses and then V.fone threatened to send in the bailiffs for a cost of well be low £100. How sad is that.!!

The five stars is for my experience at Vodafone in Rhyl
The five stars is for my experience at the Vodafone store in Rhyl – but not for my initial attempts to sort out a new contract first online and then by calling Vodafone direct. I was dealt with by George at Rhyl and he couldn’t have been more helpful or pleasant. Dealing with another human being face to face was infinitely preferable to the online or telephone experience and George sorted everything out promptly and efficiently. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
