Fantastic service
After several attempts and talking to numerous robots and people in India to try and update my Vodafone account I couldn't get it sorted .so I have been into the Vodafone shop in Retford where the staff were fantastic and sorted no problem in a few minutes. I won't hesitate to go back there

Fantastic Experience
Who knew phone shopping could be so easy.
Can’t praise this store enough. Staff were welcoming without being too much; attentive without being pushy and so friendly and helpful. Clearly knew their stuff and seemed to be genuinely interested in me and helping to get me the best possible deal that was right for me.
Customer service at its finest.They were very professional but still friendly and human.
Highly recommended.
