Very disappointed with the service at…
Very disappointed with the service at Vodafone Penzance. I lost my SIM card and simply wanted a replacement. I know my phone number, email address, and I have my valid UK driving licence as ID. The only thing I don’t know is my account PIN.
The problem is that the date of birth on my Vodafone account is incorrect, and this appears to have been entered incorrectly by the Vodafone Penzance store. Because of their mistake, Vodafone’s Fraud Team rejected my ID, saying the date of birth doesn’t match the account.
I have visited the Vodafone Penzance store 5–6 times, and each time I was told to contact customer service. Customer service then told me to go back to the store. I have been sent back and forth without anyone taking responsibility for correcting an error that was not my fault.
This has been extremely frustrating and has left me without access to my phone number. I expected much better customer service and a proper solution rather than being passed between the store and customer service. I hope Vodafone resolves this issue as soon as possible.

Went in store to have a sim swap done & a lovely man called Matt C helped me with this. He was very professional & explained everything to me in great detail. Would highly recommend visiting the store as the staff are wonderful
