Sol in the Penrith…
I was served by Sol in the Penrith store. My old phone was dying so I was looking to replace it. Sol went through various alternatives and I chose a Samsung A57 which was in stock. Sol then helped set it up, install the sim and then transfered the data from the old phone. The old phone kept crashing but he got the transfer to work. What a relief. Nothing was too much trouble. SOL WAS BRILLIANT.

The staff in Penrith branch have been very helpful and efficient
My Vodafone deal had expired and I was tempted to go to 02 but the staff were very helpful and made my decision easy to stay with Vodaphone.
