Top Upgrade Experience
By far, the absolute best experience I've had in all my years with Vodafone.
The store manager was able to resolve a query issue and provide a much better than previously offered upgrade option for me, which was selected.

Great service by Hamid at the Peckham…
Great service by Hamid at the Peckham branch! He is a tech Savy! What the Eltham branch could not do, or those on line, he Hamid did in few seconds.
He gave me my life line back . Thank you, Hamid . You deserve a commendation. I hope the other costumers and employer appreciate you. He is very calm, attentive approachable … well done.

I had attended Tottenham Court Road…
I had attended Tottenham Court Road store on Friday after my phone was stolen and they completed a sim swap. Unfortunately this did not work. When I called Vodafone it still wasn’t fixed and they said it will take another 24 hours. I arrived in the Peckham store on Sunday as it still wasn’t working. After a few seconds of my arrival. Hamid spoke to me and said he would try his best to sort my problem. Hamid was extremely polite and tried to cheer me up, he was very quick in solving my issue and got my phone working straight away. Peckham is a fantastic store with really good customer service, thank you Hamid for sorting my sim so quickly.

GIVE HANA A RAISE!
I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service by the lovely Hana. I walked into the shop clueless with a bag of questions however she was extremely patient and thoroughly answered all of my questions, addressing the concerns I had. Through this, we were able to find the best deal for me and I left satisfied! Her friendly, welcoming approach is what turned a stressful experience into a blissful one. 11/10!
