I attended the Oldham store today for some information about upgrades and switching from another provider. I was helped quickly by Rob and Bilal who worked hard to find a deal the suited my needs and budget. They professional and friendly made sure I left with a phone and plan that met my needs.

Tamanna was …. Simply the best, …..person to deal with . She should be congratulated on her outstanding customer service , her patience and her willingness to go the extra mile to help a 67 yr old pensioner who hasn’t got a clue what he’s doing 👏 She listened to my issue and came up with a solution , in plain terms , so that I knew what was happening 😂 First class , wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will go no where else in the future.

Positive experience.
Very pleasant, helpful staff who answered my questions and carried out what was required to find me a better plan. PAV, as per usual, was polite and knowledgable, guiding me through the necessary steps efficiently. Robert, his new manager, was supportive of PAV.
