Sterling Service from Vodafone Newtownards
I was having trouble with coverage on my previous network so I called into the Vodafone shop in Ards shopping centre. I had a chat with the manager and he recommended their Voxi Sim as I am only a Pay as you go customer.
He helped me obtain my PAC code so that I could keep my old number and set the whole thing up for me.
I am amazed by the improvement in coverage compared to previous provider.
I run a small business and attend events where I accept card payments but this only works when I have good mobile data coverage - I was losing sales before I switched to Vodafone.
Would highly recommend and can only describe my experience in Vodafone Ards as a Sterling service.

I thought I had lost my phone. The team at Vodafone Belfast were really helpful disabling the phone and advising me on what to do next.
I later found the phone and went to Vodafone Newtownards to see if it could be reactivated. This was done sorted very professionally and I was promptly back on net.

I was in-store Vodafone Newtownards…
I was in-store Vodafone Newtownards last week to upgrade 2 of my daughter's phones. We were served by a lovely girl Fionnaula, she couldn't be more helpful and let us know what the best deals were in store for both girls phones. She was patient and explained everything right down to the breakdown of the new bills which ended up being cheaper than what I'm paying currently. Would definitely recommend this store. Very professional

I came into the store to upgrade my phone contract. I spoke to Fionnuala and she couldn't have been more helpful. She spoke through the price breakdown of the new contract simply and was very friendly while in store.

I went into the ards store with no knowledge on phones really but Alain was able to point me in the right direction. He gave me all the information I needed and I didn't feel pressured to buy (unlike I did in a nearby similar store - and ended up leaving because of it). I have been with Vodafone for years
I have been with Vodafone for years. I visit the newtownards shop and have always had great customer service from them. They always check to see if I’m on the cheapest plan and explain things. Never had an issue with any part of the service Vodafone provides . Thanks to Stewart how assisted me today with my new purchase

Great experience!
I had been having lots of issues with my Home Broadband, and had been on and off with online agents. I called into store for an update, and Stuart and Alain were able to explain what the next steps were going to be, and when my problem would be resolved! Very knowledgeable and were able to explain what was happening without all the jargon!
