Tesh was most helpful and patient setting up my new iPhone and iPad. He spent a lot of time covering all aspects but could have been more helpful in demonstrating the basic operation

Amy, who served us, was helpful, friendly and 100% focused on saving us money but without lots of sales lingo. Offered us a great deal on son's new phone amd also saved us money on the broadband.

Absolutely disgusting service from…
Absolutely disgusting service from Vodafone Marlborough.
I received the incorrect handset when upgrading. When I realised I tried calling the store, was given a no by Head office. No answer so I left a text message explaining that I wanted a phone with more memory. I tried calling 8 times, no answer.
When arriving to change the handset 2 days later I was told the price had now increased despite my notifying them of being given the incorrect phone before the price increase.
After showing them the text i sent I was told this number belonged to a supervisor who was on leave. And i was told by the assistant it was not their fault I couldn't get through or that the supervisor was on leave!!!
When asking to speak to the supervisor for the day I wasn't permitted to. She stayed in the back office and managed my query through the assitant. When she walked to help another client she never acknowledged me and told the assistant she was "nipping out to the shop".
I cancelled my contract and returned the incorrect phone.
I will never buy another item from Vodafone again. Absolutely appalling service with just shocking service for a customer who has a broadband, airtime and phone contract.

Tim was a great help with our new phones. In a calm and measured way he talked us through the process and sorted everything out for us in a very satisfactory way. We felt we had excellent service and always use the Marlborough store as we never feel rushed or pressured in any way.
