Ordered SIM card from Vodafone which…
Ordered SIM card from Vodafone which was supposed to arrive in 2 days and now 7 days later it still hasn't arrived yet!!!
Order number: SBL-1000000768064095
Order date: 23/Jan/2025 13:35:01
Had a chat with them and they posted the sim card via royal mail without any tracking so so both voda and royal mail are responsible for not delivering the card. I am 100% sure I haven't received it. They are going to send me another sim for which I will have to wait few days again.

Getting a new phone after my stolen one
Today my phone was stolen, I came to Vodafone to ask for a new phone, the staff that worked they were very good and helpful, we talked with a guy he helped me not only to get a new phone ans sim he also provided support for me to restore my previous data from the stolen mobile to the new one, he even stayed beyond his working hours time try give us the best possible help. I really appreciate his loyalty to his work.
