Alka from the Surrey Quays branch was absolutely outstanding! From the very beginning, she was patient, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered thoroughly. What impressed me most was their genuine care and willingness to take the time to explain everything clearly without ever making me feel rushed.
Alka demonstrated superior professionalism, kindness, and empathy. It’s rare to find a team that combines efficiency with such a personal touch, but she truly excels at both.
This was by far one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had—an example of how customer care should be done!!

I just wandered in today hoping to ask some questions about swapping over to Vodafone and upgrading my phone and the team was sooo helpful, especially Hasnat. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. Not a single other Vodafone as recommended voxy to me which is a lot easier to top up as a foreign traveler. This was super helpful and the staff went out of their way to educate me not just do the easiest thing and run me out.

Feedback on Vodafone Customer Service – Online vs. In-Store
After a dreadful experience with a female member of the online customer service team—where I spent over 45 minutes with no resolution—I decided to visit the nearest Vodafone retail store.
I went to the London Surrey Quays branch and was warmly greeted by Dennis and another member of the team. Dennis was extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. He literally resolved my issue within 5 minutes. Wow—what an amazing level of customer service!
The contrast between the online and in-store experience was stark. I strongly recommend that the online customer service team receive additional training on how to listen to customers, acknowledge the issue, and make a genuine effort to resolve it.
Thank you, Dennis, for turning a frustrating experience into a positive one.

My experience at the Surrey Quays has been exceptional. I came in to see if I was able to get an additional line as the memory for my current phone is maxed out and I was paying extra for icloud.
I was able to not only get an additional line but also get an additional as a gift to my father.
