Vodafone Customer Service: A Complete Nightmare
Vodafone’s customer service is honestly a nightmare. You’re forced to call them because a lot of basic router settings are locked and can only be handled by Vodafone, which is already frustrating enough. Then, when you actually call, you wait at least 10 minutes just to get an answer, and half the time they either hang up or pretend the line is breaking up.
When you finally get through to someone, most of the agents seem completely unprepared and don’t really know what they’re talking about. You end up explaining the same issue over and over again, only to get vague or useless answers. It feels like a huge waste of time.
Overall, dealing with Vodafone support is exhausting and annoying. For such a big company, this kind of customer service is really disappointing.
