David and the Vodafone were absolutely fantastic in helping me find the source of a virus that had somehow got into my phone and taken it over!!! David was patience personified. He found the virus, deleted it, set me up with protective mallard abd even put me on a much better plan. I could nir recommend David and his Putney team more highly.

Can't even login to my account my user…
Can't even login to my account my user name and password work but the code doesn't get sent to my phone. Spoke to the bot who eventually put an agent on the chat which timed out after I had given details with no response after 12 minutes. Tried email they couldn't help. Poor service I wish to close my account but can't even login to do so.

My yearly plan expired and went to the shop the get a new one. I had one my mind but at the and Zek recommended me a better one.
If you need help, I highly recommend Zek, he will 100% solve your problem.

Putney Vodafone 10/10 service!
If I could rate David’s service 10/10 I would! He was super helpful in helping me troubleshoot a really complicated issue until he found a solution. Other vodafone stores just immediately told me they couldn’t help! He is great! Thanks David!!

Great customer service
We had a fairly complex problem to resolve (transferring numbers between accounts) and David was very helpful in getting it resolved in the most convenient way possible for us (plus gave us a discount), while also being v friendly to talk to
