Pradeep’s Superb Service
In my experience at the store today, Pradeep has literally gone above and beyond in figuring all options in sorting & ensuring a feasible, sustainable solution for the foreseeable to my issue (phone # cancellation) - he is INCREDIBLY friendly, engaging, empathised with our situation, exceptionally polite & very technically verse - he gave us comfort to a complicated situation which is absolutely necessary. I have visited vodafone bond street…
I have visited vodafone bond street before to have broadband but the team that day didnt mention about gigacube and mire than 2 weeks I am suffering because of Internet. But thanks to Levent I got the gigacube and changed my own simcard as well from lebara to vodafone. He was really good kind and smiling. Thanks to him now I am one of a person from vodafone family.

Shockingly bad data reception in Central London.
Have been with Vodafone for six plus years in the last six months the signal that they use has got drastically weaker and weaker I work in main London and cannot get a data signal in Victoria all the way up to Oxford Street I also have an office over at Liverpool Street that I cannot also get no data.

Rico and Clemence at Oxford street store has been VERY VERY helpful, resourceful, and resolve the issue ON THE SPOT that I couldn’t resolve over the phone for the past 3 days!
I would recommend to any Vodafone customer if they can’t solve the issues book a in person appointment with them. Very pleasant customer service experience.
