Fantastic in store experience. Was in real trouble, completely locked out my phone and couldn’t get anywhere with VOXI customer service. Bipat and Tabitha were fantastic and sorted everything out (at 6pm on a Saturday). They went above and beyond and even gave me advice to stop my phone exploding and burning down my house. Thank you to both - top tier in-store service

The assistant was fantastic
The assistant was fantastic, she was able to talk through the whole process, which we understood.
Jessica was very professional and efficient, they should be more people like her working in sales.
Also the other assistant were helpful and jolly.
I am coming back yo change my next work.
