Just had a wonderful experience in the Chiswick store with a lovely man called Sheun. We have been in multiple times for a simple change of direct debit and transfer of ownership of account that was all confusing due to not having access to my account via the app. We have left every other time being told to call a number or change online and felt so confused about it. Sheun made everything super easy and sorted it in minutes. THANKU SHEUN
