I came to the store in a panic as I couldn't get Internet on my phone. I was very stressed about making long journey on my own. Gagan went through all the possible options and found the best solution and sorted everything for me on the spot. I cannot thank him enough for his exceptional service. Aisha was also extremely helpful.

Exceptional and genuine Customer Care

What absolutely brilliant staff at the Vodafone Camden Town store…I’ve been a customer for longer than I can remember - must be 20 years - and they just have consistently been so helpful, kind and have even helped me save money. Every time. Reyan (and Steve down the years) just so knowledgeable, efficient and friendly.

Excellent, easy service from Jefferson at Vodafone Camden
I just went into Vodafone Camden High Street to switch my SIM only phone contract from EE to Vodafone. I was served by Jefferson(/Fabs) Aules who was so lovely and helpful and we had a great chat throughout the process, which he made very easy. I am now saving £7 per month on my contract. If you're thinking about changing, its very easy to do so and keep your same phone number.

Gagan was incredible. I had my phone stolen and he helped me to get a new phone so easily. He was kind and patient and literally was so so helpful. I can recommend him highly and I do hope that Vodaphone
