Excellent service
I had issues setting up a new device and Joseph was incredibly helpful. Sorted out all the issues in about 20 mins. Really sound advice. Walked me through all the steps. Ensured the device was working before I left.

An amazing customer service provided by Shelby. Sorry if I have misspelled his name, but I think he might be one of the managers here at your Brixton branch. I was so impressed by his energy, knowledge and the respect and curtesy he gave throughout the 1hour upgrade process. What also stood out was his patience and understanding in being able to explain everything in the manner and ways that made sense to me. He is truly an amazing person which made my experience easy. I just want to say big thank you.

Excellent customer service and product knowledge
Karina in the Brixton store was extremely knowledgeable with advice about my plan options and her colleague Ali came to support with the final part of the transaction. She thoroughly explained my options with sim only as well as my contract with needed some clarification. She also explained how I was to be use my spend manager. I am now all up to date with my plan. Excellent service and addition to the Brixton store
