Was extremely helpful in the Vodaphone shop at White Rose after a very poor customer service experience on Line .
He transferred the Data from my old phone and set up my new phone even though it wasn't purchased in store.

Getting worse
Once again spoke to advisor when eventually got through no help what so ever , trying to do upgrade. But think best option is to get away once a customer they are not interested
