The staff are really friendly and welcoming. A blonde girl was helping me I didn’t catch her name but she was very patient and helpful with helping me purchase my new phone plan. Highly recommend!

Superb Service and Solutions
Store opened up perfectly on time, welcomed myself when I had a tech adviser appointment. I dealt with the store manager 'Sully', I felt heard and understood, while he clearly explained the processes and next steps involved. Sully was very personable, and professional. I felt like I was being treated with an expert, with a superb friendly experience.
While my issue could not be resolved at branch due to the complexities, I felt rest assured it was being escalated with priority and precision.
Furthermore Sully assisted and provided a solution for optimising my current Vodafone plan which I am very happy with and encourages me to remain with Vodafone for longer

Diogo and Sully are amazing at your leatherhead store, such a credit to the Vodafone team! Both incredible service and product knowledge! It’s not the first time I’ve left 5 star feedback for them! They always give a 5 star service, I’m a Vodafone customer for over 20 years!

Wow, everytime I have gone into Vodafone the staff are always so friendly and are always willing to help me with my phone or sometimes even just a knowledge question. I definitely would recommend this shop and Vodafone in general

Very easy experience with lovely staff
Came in a few days ago, and had some great help with choosing a contact for my new phone. Staff were very nice and made everything feel very easy.
