If I could give them 0 I would. Changed us to super fast broadband a month ago and the WiFi has not worked since. 15 calls to various overseas agents who have no interest in helping us whatsoever. Begged for an engineer to come out to check the line because we needed to work from home. They had no interest in sending one. I'll be changing provider if I can get the money back I will have to pay for breaking the contract.

Excellent service Leamington Spa
I just wanted to leave a review to say how absolutely excellent the service was at Vodafone in Leamington Spa.
Suge, the manager, and Sammy were both absolutely fantastic and provided first-class customer service from start to finish. They were so friendly, helpful, patient and professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted for us.
It’s so refreshing to receive such amazing service, and both Suge and Sammy really deserve recognition for how welcoming and helpful they were.
A huge thank you to them both — Vodafone Leamington Spa are very lucky to have such fantastic staff! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
