Went in to upgrade 2 phones. We got expert advice from Nick after telling him our wants and needs. He set up contracts for us that gave us exactly what we asked for with both phones and airtime.
Went too vodaphone today , can’t thank Nick enough sorted out my problem, such great customer service which doesn’t happen Very often in other stores .

Excellent Service at Vodafone at Kings Lynn
Michael was fantastic, knowledge, efficient and very helpful throughout the entire process. He quickly managed changes to my account seamlessly,updated my plan and explained everything very clearly. His professionalism and friendly approach made the experience sress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommend visiting the store and asking for Michael if you need expert assistance.

Lately thr broadband has been so bad
Lately thr broadband has been so bad, i dont know what is going on with them, but i am getting so mad at the slow speed, disappearing connection mid game, ping showing normal, untill you start playing , then suddenly you lag so bad cant even play, because of the wifi connection. At night ( around 8pm ) suddenly wifi just dissappear, try to restart, reboot the router and nothing chances. Hate this, dont recommend.
Even Hard considering looking up to switching to new provider.

Went into the King's Lynn Vodafone shop…
Went into the King's Lynn Vodafone shop today to upgrade my phone and get a new package, Nick was great in helping with the phone set up, I would say this was the best service I have had at this shop.

Very Impressed
I was very impressed with the shop in King’s Lynn. There was a nice atmosphere and the staff very friendly and helpful. Nick was the parson who helped me regarding a new phone.
I thought what a lovely young man he is. Polite, patient and extremely knowledgeable about mobile phones. He explained what each phone offers so that I was able to make an informed decision. He is an excellent asset to Vodafone!
