Great service - a real delight!!
After a disastrous web problem I came into Kilmarnock store and they have throughly helped me. I was about to leave Vodafone when I came into store but luckily Mel (and Alan) couldn't have been more helpful. Mel took me through the steps and was able to alleviate my stress.
I have to say both members of the team were so engaging and personable.
I am delighted to now be able to walk out of the store still a Vodafone customer for both mine and my daughter.
Great service from my local store from Mel and Alan!

Andy helped a great deal
Came in to store with notification issues. Spoke to andy who fixed fhe issues on my phone and informed me i could get a new handaet and plan for the same cost i was paying already. New phone. Easier to hold. Very happy with the service in store.
