New phone
Had an issue with my phone charge possible moisture. Went into the Kendal store to get it looked at and replace the phone where I was served by a young chap called Morgan. Went above and beyond for me, changed my phone and even set it up for me as I am not very good with technology whilst walking me through how the new phone works. Superb!!!
