Excellent Customer Service
Just to say that Mick from the Kendal Vodafone Shop has been absolutely brilliant with trying to sort the RCS issue with my new Pixel 10. I called in on two occasions and he was very patient, understanding and very informative. The fix couldn't be done in store and he gave me the details to contact Vodafone for a reset. Mick is a absolute credit to your company.

The time I spent with Val was so…
The time I spent with Val was so valuable to me because she sorted out my problems. I had been contracted to EE for around a year and it was not a pleasant experience. She set up Vodafone for me, seemingly at less than half the price - what a relief!!
