An hour to return a phone in store
Had tried to return a phone online, was told to return the phone at my local Vodafone store after several attempts and over an hour on the phone. Visited Vodafone Ipswich where I sat for over an hour whilst staff repeatedly failed to process the return. Although staff where helpful it's seems to be a theme when dealing Vodafone. Once contract expires I will be changing provider

I needed an upgrade to my phone
I needed an upgrade to my phone so went to the Vodafone store, initially just for a browse. I had done some research online but really needed practical advice. The member of staff who enquired about what I was looking for was so helpful and informative I was able to make a decision there and then, and purchased my new phone. He was extremely personable and made the whole process simple and straightforward.
He also asked me about my broadband provider and gave me some really useful advice and suggestions about the broadband service Vodafone provide, but on this occasion I have decided to stay with my current provider.
Having bought my previous phone online I would definitely recommend going into a store.

No 3G, no service.
Since Vodafone decided to turn off 3G their coverage is so poor that I can barely use it. Unfortunately, I have another year left with them but can assure you, that I will be leaving after 10 years. Coverage is shocking now.
